NOTE on All Digital Cards: If Licensing in less than 24 port increments, the phone switch has to be able to hunt past disabled ports. For example if you are licensing 16 of 24 ports in a T1 environment, the phone switch has to be able to disable ports 17-24 in such a way that the call will be handled properly (route to another line or play a busy signal). Multiple T1 cards in a server require a CT Bus Cable to be connected between them (below). Call for any questions.
Note on DIVA Cards: Dialogic DIVA Cards have the following limitations with the Fusion Voice Recorder: 1) Play Tone with maximum non-silence is not supported. Talk-down tones will not be supported with DIVA cards. 2) Decrease/Increase rate is not supported (Speed Control). 3) G7.11 audio formats will not be supported. 4) 8x11 PCM audio format will not be supported. 5) DIVA cards only provide 23 channels for PRI support. 6) DIVA cards must be Digital to support the Fusion Voice Recorder. Analog is not currently supported.
