Cyberwav Suite™ is a distinctive software package created to improve communications between those business professionals who rely on dictations to be moved in a secure and efficient manner for transcription. CyberRecorder™ is used to record dictations into a digital file and then archives them on the computers hard drive before sending them to a specified destination for transcription.
When using our file moving and encryption software, CyberSynch™, users can be assured that their private files and recordings are moved safely via a corporate Internet server, office network, FTP site and/or Internet E-mail account. CyberSynch™ can also be configured to automatically move recordings from a portable digital hand held recorder, such as a Philips DPM, to a PC workstation.
Our transcription software, CyberPlayer™, is used to transcribe voice files dictated with CyberRecorder™ and transferred from a digital portable handheld with CyberSynch™. With CyberPlayer™, transcribed documents can be returned to the dictator for safe keeping.
Philips DPM III Series offers users the ability to record reports, letters, memorandums, claims or even conferences on the move, without ever having to worry about storage space. Users can customize their recordings to include demographic information such as claim number, case number and location with programmable keywords and folders.
