• Verify Dialogic Configuration Manager
• Verify disconnect settings & if applicable, run PBXpert
• Verify settings of Dialogic driver file, pdk_an_io.cdp
• Verify SQL Configuration, Replication & Maintenance Plan
• Verify Network Cards Configuration & Provider Order
• Verify management data, job data, and user data is
properly replicated between database instances
• Test fail-over and failure conditions (down time)
• Test fail-back conditions (down time)
• Make Recommendations Based on Outcome
