Weโre looking for a Medical Coding Tuning Analyst to join our team. In this role, youโll act as the expert for your assigned clients, ensuring our engine delivers maximum accuracy and value. Youโll analyze trends, work closely with clients to optimize their systems, and ensure they get the most from our technology, all on a flexible schedule.
In This Role, Youโll:
- Act as the primary expert for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Monitor performance through dashboards and identify trends.
- Communicate updates, changes, and improvements with both client contacts.
- Deliver feedback to ensure the CAC engine adapts to each clientโs specific needs.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Hold an HIM credential (CCS or CPC).
- Have 5+ yearsโ experience as a medical coder in a hospital environment.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional presence.
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Are highly dependable, detail-oriented, and deadline driven.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
