On Monday, March 14, 2022, KLAS Research* resumed their tradition of hosting their annual Best in KLAS Awards Show ahead of the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition. The 2022 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report was published on February 8 and this event celebrated the vendors who received this coveted award. Dolbey was very proud to once again receive the designation of Best in KLAS for our Computer-Assisted Coding solution, Fusion CAC.
The event took place in the Linda Chapin Theater at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Best in KLAS awards were presented in over 100 categories. This year’s program included a Photo Station, Dessert Reception and the usual “staff comedy” which walked attendees through fun and embarrassing moments throughout the night. A fresh addition to the agenda featured vendor-submitted videos that had guests cheering, laughing (or hiding) when each played. The entire audience voted on the best and most creative videos; and all left with a 25th year KLAS medallion and custom-made 2022 KLAS socks.
Dolbey’s Vice President of Client Services, Mike Miller, flew to Orlando to receive our 6th award for Computer-Assisted Coding. According to Mike, “I was honored to be at the Best in KLAS 2022 Awards Show. This award represents the open and honest feedback of our clients, and I’m grateful for their dedication to strong partner relationships. After overcoming another challenging year together, we know these relationships will help carry us into 2023 and beyond.”
Dolbey’s video is dedicated to our clients: “We could not have done this without your commitment to our mutual success and partnership,” states Heather Gladden, CAC Product Manager at Dolbey. “Thank you for placing your trust in Dolbey and your continued support through new ideas and suggestions for improvement.”
