  1. Our facility is requiring covid-19 testing on patients who are having elective surgeries. Other long term facilities in our area are also requiring covid-19 testing for any incoming patients. Many, if not all of these patients do not have covid symptoms and are not thought to have the covid-19 disease. The tests are being performed strictly due to administrative policies by our facility and the other facilities in our area. What code should we be using to capture the covid-19 testing for these patients?
